Review on HT116: High-Performance Digital Multimeter with NCV, TRMS, and Versatile Measuring Functions - Accurate AC/DC Voltage, Current, Resistance Measurement by Chip Palmer

After receiving this multimeter, my first test was to measure the V/mA of a new, unused AA 1.5V alkaline battery. The measured voltage was as expected and was presented clearly and simply on the screen displayed. Attempts to read the DCA were unsuccessful: the screen showed FUSE indicating the unit's fuse had blown, which confirmed to me that the unit was previously used and returned as defective.
