This set is pretty decent. If you live in a state that requires both front and rear license plates, this kit will fit both. If you live in a state that only requires one, you can use these kits for two cars/trucks. The kit includes two adhesive sheets on foam squares to prevent your cymbal from vibrating (total 16 squares). Eight black plastic caps with clear plastic retaining rings. 16 screws, eight of which are security screws. 4 nuts/pan head screws and 4 Phillips head screws. You will receive an Allen key with a protective cap and a drill/screwdriver (also with a protective cap). If you're lucky, you can get valve stems too. (I've had no luck) Generally a decent kit. Especially if you don't need a front panel. I would give five stars but the description says there are valve stems in the kit.
