We bought this for our two 6 month old Welsh Corgi puppies. We live in a wooded area where they can run away and go unnoticed and not return until called. After carefully reading the instructions, we put on the collars and tried it on my husband! It took less than a day to train our wonderful puppies! The specifics of the sound, and then the vibration, were enough for them to immediately approach the call. We didn't even use the shock. It is important to review the various programs and set them to a lower level than those provided, especially Shock. Came in, bet 99 and it was a big boost even for my husband! We put it down to 2 but like I said we never had to use it, now they come, mostly just through the sound. Great product that does exactly what it is supposed to do. So worth your money!
