The damn thing doesn't work properly with AT&T Broadband (Pace Modem)

UPDATE: I got it back. Don't buy this, especially if you have AT&T broadband! All I want is for it to work properly so I can get the bandwidth I pay for! The damn thing doesn't work properly with AT&T Broadband (Pace modem). I pay for 100 Mbps from AT&T and get it when I use the Pace modem router built into the modem. I took the M9 because of the dead spots in the house. I followed the instructions to put the modem in DMZ mode and redirected everything to M9 in router mode. I increased the speed from 100 Mbps to 33 Mbps on both WiFi and Ethernet (dead zones are really gone). The M9 reports that my internet speed is 33 bps, and AT&T concluded that because I had 100 Mbps prior to using the M9, their gear was fine. So I contacted TP-Link technical support and first found someone who had no idea what I was talking about and eventually the "case" was taken to the next level of support. I was only able to speak to them in Beijing time (17 hours in advance) and they told me to "update" the M9 firmware to a debug version, with no instructions on where to get the debug version or how to install it . They eventually sent me an "update" file and instructions, but when I tried to install the debug version, the update failed with lots of "line number" code errors. They never replied to my emails again. I really don't want to settle for the 1/3 speed I'm paying for, but TP-Link (Beijing) clearly have no idea what they're doing!
