This is just an ordinary cheap gas pan. It folds up fairly well, but that means the legs aren't very stable. When cleaning the hob surface, it is not stable enough to hold the attached grease trap, resulting in soiling of the patio. The hob cannot be removed for cleaning. It's not Blackstone, but half the price. Once we cooked khabachi and once hamburger with vegetables. It works, but that's about all there is to say. Lighting is complex. Be sure to follow lighting guidelines. It comes with a neat lid.
