I bought this on the recommendation of my artist who loves it. I did a 2 day patch test and everything was fine, no redness or itching. When I applied this to a fresh tattoo after about 20 minutes, it was very itchy. I had to flush immediately. Looking at the ingredient list all I can think of is that some kind of "flavor" in it caused such a reaction. I will say that if this material is great the texture is very soft and melts on the skin. But the scent needs to be removed as it adds nothing useful to the cream. And "aroma" is a known skin irritant.
