I just do not know. for radio antennas

I consider myself fairly computer savvy. I can't figure out how to get this thing to work properly. I've tried SDRConsole, SDR#, HDSDR, Questa, FLDigi, Airspy. I just can't seem to get anything or display compatibility. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I can't give him good grades. While it's probably my fault, I can't seem to get it to work properly - it shouldn't be that hard. UPDATE: Okay, I have a key that works with a few available programs, but this thing is by no means "plug and play". Each of the available applications requires the purchase of .dll files that must be dragged into the program folders AFTER installation. Headache. Reception is not very good or non-existent with the supplied antenna kit - and only marginally better with my 70 foot wire antenna (on all bands, even those for which the antenna is best suited). My Grundig Satellite 750 uses an internal antenna to receive signals that the key cannot see, even over a long cable. I'm about to give away the HiLetGo Plus Noise Amplifier: this thing is getting hot! The key got so hot it turned off my entire laptop. Definitely need a MUCH BETTER heatsink - the tiny key shell is woefully inadequate for the heat it generates. I'll play with him a little more, give him the best chance to surprise me. I'm just not as impressed or excited as I was hoping based on the reviews.
