The product is incredibly easy to install. If possible, unplug the connectors and make the correct wiring. I have this because in my fridge the cooling fins are halfway up the bottom of the fridge. I have a freezer in my fridge. Items placed on the top shelf of the door will not cool down. I made the mistake of putting oil in it and it sloshed when I tried to lift it. I installed it and was surprised to find that the fans blow air into the fins and not into the fridge. There's really nowhere for air to go in my fridge because the drip tray is directly below and the freezer is directly above. I tested this by placing the thermometer on the top shelf of the door and leaving it overnight. (Fridge has been running for a few days) It was still 58°. Better than 65, but not good enough. The fans were just glued to the frame so I removed them and flipped them over. I waited another day and the top shelf at 38 °. I'm a lucky tourist
