Putting it together took forever

I can see how in theory it would be easy to assemble but it was not at all. Pieces weren't fitting and the instructions weren't that clear, even watching their instruction videos we still had to figure some stuff out. Again, it might have been easier if pieces would fit, I had to hammer one of the poles in. We unscrewed one of the poles and both of the screw parts came off! We had to take a wrench to separate them and try and put the screws back on. I didnt even try to put on the irritation system.
