Review on Centerpoint Direct, LLC by Michael Jennings

I like that they have good customer service reps who are very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have when it comes time for your implementation! They also do great work in creating custom applications/modules as needed by our clients (both internal & external).

It's always nice having someone there we can turn too if need arises - no matter how small an issue might seem at first glance!! The only thing about them i dislike is their pricing structure which makes it difficult sometimes not knowing where one month ends vs another begins. We've been working together now almost 2 years since moving from different vendors into this relationship so far all has gone well but still learning new things here and there each day! Nothing really bad has come up yet other then maybe just some minor issues along the way.
