bad drive best in datastore

This 1000GB drive is bad. I repartitioned the disk into two 500GB disks, couldn't format the second partition. After investigating, I found out that the hard drive only has 30GB of usable space. The first 30 GB are fine, the next 770 GB cannot be used.
