First of all, yes, it is very bright and durable! I got this for my booth. Poodle puppy and it could be trimmed to fit his small neck albeit loosely but I didn't leash him as I still use the harness. I turned green and it's amazing! Comes with constant light, fast flash or slow flash. I use it on late night walks but mainly at night when I let him and our other two dogs loose before bed. Two other bulldogs are too lazy to run away (besides, they are already old women). But I try to let my pup loose with a little bit of contact with myself so he is confident and understands that there are boundaries (yes I hold myself to the side but let him be a pup and look around but his wandering habits are not that often at the moment ). This collar helped me find him in the dark (it's black and grey). If I ever look away and see it's gone I won't panic anymore knowing this collar will stand out so well! Before this collar I let it out and was afraid it would disappear behind the trees or chase after a squirrel etc. Now I don't have to worry anymore! BEST BUY. I highly recommend it. It also gets a lot of compliments from people :-) I've had it for a few months now and I haven't had to charge it yet! I'll look for other colors for fun! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
