first bitch mid 2016. took about 1.5 years. he was in a safe place and he never got hit, pushed, hit, and he never fell or anything. I bought this (my second) just over a year ago. Again, he's in a safe place and wasn't hit or damaged. In the last few months, there have been temporary WiFi failures on various devices. not exactly why. maybe because the cable company is doing some bullshit now that there is no net neutrality; It could be a problem with the modem (but when I run tests on it, there's never a problem). Regardless, even if it's r/t, the modem starts dying again. Paying $25 a year is still better than paying $5 to $10 a month to a cable company for rent (ie $50 to $120 a year). only the quality was a little better.
