We bought this appliance for the kitchen and we really like it. The automatic sensor picked up stronger odors or smoke while cooking, and that was my favorite thing, aside from the square feet it covered. In recent months we have acquired several brands. We have 4 dogs and seasonal allergies so cleaners were a life saver. However when I inquired about purchasing a replacement filter which I should stock when it is ready for replacement they are shown as not in stock. Then I picked up the block myself and now the CLEANER shows that it cannot be ordered. We decided to return the block at some point as we don't like knowing if/when the filters will be available. We wouldn't gamble with a $100 purifier to use for a long time if they couldn't ensure that replacement filters are available for purchase. We would like to know that the product and availability are more stable and not unpredictable.
