Worked great to overcome CA smog on a previously out of service 1990 F150 4.9 Straight 6. I had 2 crampons in my truck and this one replaced the rear one. That's the real deal, it's legal in California, has the correct EO number, and works. And at a very fair price. A few years ago, finding legal cats in California was difficult and expensive. I'm glad to see this line of products. If you're having trouble getting through smog, look for methylated spirits for smog, that might help as well.
