The product comes packaged well. Got 2 wooden pieces - well made, and 1 baggy thingy. Followed the instructions - use dropper and deposit 4 drops on the wooden pieces and waited for the oil to get absorbed. Needless to say that house smelled like the eucalyptus for a while :) Its kind of cool to see how the wood absorbs the oil. Took about 20 - 30 minutes for oil to get absorbed. You can see the wood getting darker, and oil just disappears. Slowly. Well, then you just use it. Initially the scent is noticeable, but does not last for very long. Perhaps you need to "super charge" it by soaking it :) for it to last longer. Also not sure if you could reuse the wooden pieces with a different oil afterwords. I guess ones you use one type of oil you are "committed".I like the idea overall, the product is decently made, kind of works, just not for me.
