I've been wearing these for several months. I purchased open toe because the closed toe versions rubbed on my toes in a very uncomfortable way. I am very happy with that choice. I wear a knee-sock version of these because my lower legs are what ache at the end of a day constantly on my feet. Through the day and at the end of the day there is less chair-seeking because I am wearing them. If I carry heavy weight, I still blow the veins out around my ankles.these cannot stop that, and I need to accept that. Laundering can take a toll on these hose. The tops come unravelled and make a mess for the entire load. I have learned to make sure they are right-side-out when I take them off for laundering, and I have learned I need to wash them in a mesh laundry bag. Now they don't run. Lately, they have been falling down on me during the day but that didn't happen when I first started wearing them. I wondered if my ankle and calf sizes had changed but they haven't.
