Defective coating with a short service life

Look good at first. Then, after 2 months, horizontal lines appeared on the lenses as if the coating had shrunk/stretched. It looks like the problem is with a buggy process. Any help with a replacement?

The product fitted perfectly. Replaced in less than a minute.

Cons

Lenses can be made of fragile material that can easily be scratched or broken, causing damage or even rendering them unusable after a short period of use.
