I managed to buy a couple of months ago, now I see how something from the sale began to disappear abruptly, who needs a really normal plug - grab it before it's too late. Before that, there was a thinkpad w510 and I used various Linuxes. Compared to the monstrous syncpad, there is nothing superfluous in the MacBook, no dial-up modems, expresscard slots, and so on. But there are the most necessary connectors and bells and whistles such as a light sensor. It is felt that when the model was developed, they really thought what it would be like for users to live and did not sculpt anyhow like everything that can be slapped. A very well thought out laptop. The screen is simply gorgeous, I have not seen a better monitor in terms of picture quality, the gloss on the screen spoils everything a little - it easily slams and still reflects the light from the windows. The recoil touchpad is just a simple and ingenious idea - it is very convenient to use, even for me, a person who is used to living without a mouse. The battery is super, especially since the 4-nuclear 15-inch machine, I could not discharge it to 0 in two months of use even once. The case is cool in terms of appearance and in terms of scrubbing any dirt is not a problem at all. But if you put a laptop on your knees, then they quickly sweat, because. the case is aluminum, it fits well and the air does not circulate. Aluminum also wrinkles easily, I knocked out the corner of the lid a little. The software is simply beyond praise. The interface is smart, beautiful, convenient. And at the same time, behind it is a normal POSIX compatible OS in which you can run a terminal and use the same ssh. Integration with the iPhone is excellent - a shared clipboard, you can receive calls, all sms are visible. Another plus is that soft software (Skype, Outlook, clumsy office, RDP client) is released for poppies - as much as I would not like to see it, but I need it for work, despite the buggy these products can work. All open source software from Linux is also available under the poppy.
