Good quality jalapeno pepper remover. And it works pretty well for larger peppers, but I found it too wide - almost 3/4 inch in diameter to core smaller jalapenos. Being almost as wide as the peppers themselves, it tended to separate the sides of the smaller peppers. . The tip could also be sharper as I found that in order to use the tool with any effect I had to first cut off the tops of all the peppers with a knife and then go back and use the core. It would be nice if the tool was sharp enough to cover and remove the core in one go. When I tried to just stick the tool into the peppers, it tended to scrape unevenly around the top and crack the sides of the peppers. All of this has been said. I just cored about 60 peppers. Probably 3/4 of my peppers were big enough to use this and it made removing the pepper seed much quicker.
