Works out of the box with two AA batteries
Great purchase and ready to use, no extra steps required! It was really cheap and arrived the next day. It had no instructions so I was trying to figure out what buttons to press to start things like the old universal remotes. Then I just tried to press the play button and it worked! I used rechargeable name brand double AAs (not triple AAs) with my LG BP620C DVD player. Don't be shy if you need a quick remote control!
