This is a cool little massager that brings relief. We don't have to rely on others to help with this unless it's an inaccessible spot on the back. The device itself is beautiful, easy to use and understand. It's not very heavy and bulky. However, if used for a long period of time, it can feel heavy and tiring. It has four different heads to massage different areas, which is nice. I used the serrated attachment to massage my wife's back and she said it was comfortable and allowed for a massage without constantly hitting the spine. It was a bit painful to use the ball at first, but after a few minutes we felt the tension release from the muscles. We haven't used the other attachments yet, so I can't rate them. The massage gun is relatively quiet and charges up quite quickly. If you don't use it for a long time, one charge can provide multiple massages, which is nice. I suggest going slow, using the lower settings first, no matter what the head of the attachment is, and finding your own comfort.
