Here's the trick with this thing. To slide it through the plastic casing, run the bare wrench and apply enough force to reach the bottom. I couldn't sit down fully with my bare hands, I was afraid of breaking it. I used 2 pliers, gently on each side of the plastic and squeezed at the same time and the key clicked into place. Make sure the hole is perfectly aligned. Connect everything together and tighten the screw. Only 4 stars although as others have mentioned the fit is not perfect. There is a gap at the end of the screw and it is fully tightened. The gap isn't big, maybe 1mm, but it's there. That doesn't seem to be a problem, and considering my local safe/key shop asked $89 for one of these (!), I'm more than satisfied!
