These cases are flimsy and cheap. They didn't align properly and I wouldn't recommend them for a 2008 rx350. Keep the original screw as you will need it. I took my spare key, changed the battery and used half the device so it wasn't a total waste of time and I had to keep the logo and not the ugly long number on the lid. Buyer Warning!

Second, I used some lube and pliers on each end of the t and was able to get it in. not fully seated.
