Wix makes great filters. Hard to beat for the price.
Bought for my 2004 Ram 1500 5.7L. It has over 130,000 miles on it and I've owned it since it was new. I take care of him and he has served me well. Wix filters and quality modern oils will come in handy for you. Since I work close to home, I only change my oil once a year. The truck is still running and checking fluids and general maintenance is a long way off.
