Peppybiz Service Hub - Best CRM integration tool ever!!

Their support team is really great at responding to questions quickly - sometimes even before you've finished asking! The ability for our team members who are not familiar with Salesforce or Dynamics 365 (D365) to use their tools very effectively; also they provide training options that don't require an internal hireee to be present during class time. We have been able to get so much more done because of how well this software integrates into other parts of D365. Also we love being included in monthly webinars where tips & tricks from experts using these platforms can be shared across all levels within departments. I wish it was possible to create custom forms/queries directly via API which would save us some time when creating new workflows/forms but otherwise everything has worked smoothly thus far. The best thing about this service is that it can be used for everything. I use it for email marketing, web hosting, customer support, etc. I can not think of anything bad. I would say that the interface is not the best. It is a little difficult to navigate sometimes, but that is my own fault. I don't have any complaints. This is a great service. I use it for hosting and email marketing.

  • Easy integration
  • Great reporting capabilities without having too many clicks.
  • Extremely user friendly compared others out there like Mailchimp / Constant Contact et al..and easy onboarding process as part fo initial setup.very simple if your just starting up wth SFDC CRM system !!!

  • Interface could look better visually
