It was perfect way until few months later

The best thing about this tool is its ease of use which allows even people with no technical background to have easy access into it! There's nothing I dislike really but that would be if they don't improve their customer support service or maybe release some more tools for free like an integration between salesforce/outlook etc.. This software has made my life easier when dealing with customers so far and i'm sure there are still things we can do better by ourselves though sometimes you need…

  • Customer Support team always ready & willing in helping me solve problems quickly, efficiently& professionally as soon possible.
  • Great way how our clients get notified automatically via email whenever new messages appear within CRM system
  • We've been able integrate SFDC / outlook seamlessly without any issues whatsoever

Peppybiz Service Hub - Best CRM integration tool ever!!

Their support team is really great at responding to questions quickly - sometimes even before you've finished asking! The ability for our team members who are not familiar with Salesforce or Dynamics 365 (D365) to use their tools very effectively; also they provide training options that don't require an internal hireee to be present during class time.   • Great reporting capabilities without having too many clicks.
  • Extremely user friendly compared others out there like Mailchimp / Constant Contact et al..and easy onboarding process as part fo initial setup.very simple if your just starting up wth SFDC CRM system !!!
