I am totally satisfied with these magnets. I installed them a year ago using the enclosed screws to secure cabinet doors and drawers, and they still work perfectly like day one. Just the right pull for a kitchen drawer and cabinet. I am about to make a repeat purchase for more cabinet doors. The tape won't hold long if the cabinet is opened frequently, so use the screws. If you follow the instructions, and with a little pre-planning, they are easy to install.
