Disappointing Fluorescent Heat Transfer Mistake
I recently purchased a fluorescent heat transfer for my arts and crafts project. Based on my observations I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The color was not true to what was advertised and the transfer was not as easy to work with as I had hoped. The only positive thing I can say is that it was affordable..
