Better than expensive dental protection
After three nights I find that it has really helped my jaw pain and cracking. I've worn expensive mouthguards for years, but recently I've had jaw problems and pain after implant placement. I wanted to try something less thick and softer. It seems to work. After the first night my jaw hurts less. I have a small mouth and wear it backwards because the front of the gums matter less when the front is on top of the lips rather than the bottom. Wearing it this way is very comfortable from the start.
