There aren't many reviews for the 24.1-inch version, so I wanted to give a review. I will be using this monitor for photo and video editing. I'm glad Asus took care to create professional-quality creative monitors at an affordable price. I was originally looking for a 27" monitor because it seemed optimal for the size of the monitor, but I really didn't need the extra specs/quality that came with the 27" ProArt's $299 price tag . Also, I work at a small table, so it doesn't make much sense from an aesthetic point of view either. If you're switching between a 24-inch and 27-inch screen, are you going to use the specs that come with that $100 difference? Many features are the same for both (e.g. color fidelity/factory calibration, 75 Hz). Will adding 3 inches improve your creative content or experience? Do you just like it better? If so, then by all means choose 27”. However, if you just want a professional-grade display with accurate colors and the best value, get the 24.1-inch display (it also has a 16:10 aspect ratio, meaning you'll have more vertical space than the other model - less scrolling !) This monitor gets bright. which is great! You should use the control buttons for the best experience. In the end I decided to use the extra $100 I saved to purchase the computer supplies needed to complete my desk setup and it was well worth it.
