Rotary encoder not working
I could not get my device to set the frequency or frequency range. The encoder sometimes increases frequency as you turn it clockwise, sometimes it decreases frequency, and sometimes it simply toggles between multiple frequencies. The bottom row of buttons doesn't work properly either. The quick view assumes 3 frequency bands. Mine wouldn't give the lowest range - the one I was interested in no matter what I did. The device did not fulfill any of the basic functions described in the manual, so it was abandoned and sent back.
