Strong and durable for electrode holder

I bought this to replace the original tip on my Yeswelder. It's much stronger and feels better in the hand. The grip is a little tight and holds the rods very firmly, but that's probably a plus. Very durable, I'm clumsy and have dropped a bunch, it has held up so far
