The lamps started making loud popping noises a few minutes after installation, then a glass lens shattered - pieces of glass fell from the ceiling lamp in which it was installed. On unexploded bulbs I've seen moisture build up on the lens and I suspect that blew the lens of the other bulb. I immediately removed them and returned them for a refund, but I feel they should be revoked as they pose a safety hazard. The first picture shows the exploded lens, the second shows the water vapor at the edge of the lightbulb after it has been turned on and heated. up for a few minutes. Other lamps also have similar water vapor deposits.
