Review on LeadBase by Ben Balas

I love how easy it is to create accounts, set up campaigns as well track results in real time! It's very helpful that you can send out emails with leads immediately after creating them (not just waiting for someone else). Not so much of an issue but sometimes i think there could be more options when adding contacts within the system - maybe even like if they are "live" or not? That would make things easier than having multiple entries where some people may have entered incorrectly at one point/time. The best part about this program though has been their customer support team. They're super responsive & really eager help me whenever we run into issues together which helps immensely!! Great product overall- great tracking capabilities plus lead generation potential too makes using all aspects pretty seamless once done correctly from start to finish :) We've created dozens upon dozen opportunities through our website traffic alone since starting last summer and never had any.
