Okay now I'm rating 5 instead of 4 because the company's staff are fast, friendly and helpful. Wow they are good! I made a few suggestions for minor comfort issues and they were grateful and helped me make it more comfortable. I didn't want to wear long socks as I have a sore ankle tattoo. So they pointed me to a newer product that is now padded on top. It's only about $4 more. I just wish I had known about this sooner so I didn't have the bag for it first. When I mentioned that my Achilles tendon was sore, they explained that they had tried many filling options, but that only made things worse. I wore them without socks. I had to wear socks high enough to hide the stain. So now I can walk a lot better and limp a lot less because my foot is dangling and I haven't tripped yet!
