I like how easy it was to use and set up our system for billing. It made it easier than other systems we've used in the past. The software allows us to quickly process claims without having to go through an agent. This has helped us streamline processing times and reduce errors. We weren't able to get all of our employees trained at once so now we're working towards completing training for everyone who will be using this program. Our insurance companies are more willing to accept payments from patients because they know everything about them due to the ease of collecting information during visits.
