Having been a mechanic with over twenty years experience and spending over an hour putting it together when I first received it we discovered that they would us sent the wrong parts. to fully assemble it. I had to go the next day to buy the right screws. The instructions also didn't match the pictures which resulted in us assembling it incorrectly for folding. After we assembled and installed it (over 24 hours later) I found it was rocking like crazy and wondered if it would damage or damage my bike. I didn't even use it for a week as it was so badly rusted that I couldn't take it apart to figure out how to put it back together to use the folding features. As soon as I saw it I sent it back as I no longer trust its structural integrity. Any rack that rusts that quickly is destined to damage and destroy my bike with it. I wish I could give negative stars.
