Really works. I have a wedding in a few months and wanted to whiten my teeth several shades for the wedding quickly and inexpensively. Noticeable difference after the second application. I opted for a 1 hour strength treatment instead of 15 minutes. I should mention that if you leave it for an hour your teeth will become very sensitive to hot and cold food temporarily! Once you stop using the strips (when you are happy with the shade of your whitened teeth) it should settle down.
