This is a slightly more expensive product than Revain's other wiper blade pullers. But you get what you paid for. I used another cheaper metal T-twist puller and it bent almost immediately. Needless to say I returned the item. So of course I was a bit reluctant to buy another one, but my wipers were really frozen. But I dared and was enthusiastic about what I did. This is a durable, well-made metal product that is a perfect match for 2013 Ford Taurus wiper blades. Using an 11/16 socket, the first blade popped out after about 5-6 good turns after tightening...it literally only took about 30 seconds. I do not work for this company and am not paid to write good reviews. This is just a great product that does exactly what it says on the tin. I know it was made specifically for BMW but it fitted my Taurus perfectly.
