I bought a pot and I really liked it. After about 3 days the filters stopped filtering. I filled it up overnight and the next morning there was only 1/2 inch of water in the jug. I thought maybe there was something wrong with the filters I received so I ordered a new pair. This pair worked great for two weeks and then did the same thing again. Both times I tried refilling the filters with the tool they gave you and although the water seemed to go through the primer just fine, in the jug they DO NOT work AT ALL. You are useless.
