Not on Lighting

I can't remove wrinkles from the background. The description online says you can wash and iron the fabric, but the product comes with instructions that specifically state that you should not iron or wash the fabric. I don't know what to do. Also the part that holds the light didn't speak for itself and as a result I learned my lesson the hard way and broke one of the bulbs. Now I can't even return it and get my $100 back.
