First of all, without a Prime membership, the device arrived within 4 days. So I was happy with that. I have 2 dogs that bark at strangers all the time. While this might be a good warning, it's a big problem when I'm running a business from home and have to visit strangers on a daily basis. I decided to try this product because I really like that it charges and works hands-free. Setup is easy. There is a dial on the back that allows you to choose the level of ultrasonic sound your pets need. I turned the tone up high as both of my dogs didn't always respond to the lower tone. One dog stopped barking and the other reduced to a manageable level. So far I believe this is a successful and useful product. Holds a charge well and looks good.
