The product itself is a pretty good device and works well for most things. Live traffic worked well but maybe a bit slow. I was in a traffic accident when I-81 was closed. The accident lasted long enough for the state to put up electronic signs 20 miles before the closure warning. I was already looking for a workaround and was within 5 miles when Google Maps started showing backups. I was actually stuck in traffic and trying to exit at the exit when TomTom Traffic told me the best route. Although he didn't tell me beforehand, he showed up on Google Maps a few minutes later. In other cases, it was comparable to Google Maps traffic and was perfectly redirected. I had problems with the next turn signal and voice commands not working and then working again and again. Try to solve this with TomTom service but this is a joke. Called 3 times, 3 different people telling me different ways to solve the problem. Everyone kept reading the script and they said reboot the system, reboot the system, reset the settings and then it should be your computer. Forced me to change something on my computer to fix bugs to the point where my computer now won't connect to TomTom. Now I have a problem with my device and a problem with my computer. Don't use their customer support. Luckily I bought it from Revain. Revain replaced the block the next day with no problems. Like I said, I think the 1535 is a good device and I like it, but TomTom sucks when it comes to customer support. Thank you Revan
