Just bought a second Ci323. First, I was running the latest version of pfsense on my home network. After 1 week, the network connection is stable and the transmission and reception in my house is excellent. The ci323 running pfsense serves my Tivo server, AppleTV, Roku, Plex for local and remote viewing very well, as well as a public SSH server, DHCP and a Subsonic music server. , within a few days of use. After using literally all of the above devices for a week, I haven't had a single issue. Maybe this is a unique use case or an accidental bug. I'm not sure, but like I said, It's under heavy load in terms of home network and works for me. Second build of Windows 10 for my friend. Both come with an 8 GB critical slot (2 x 4 GB) and a 120 GB SanDisk SSD. After Windows 10 is installed and updated, it turns out that Windows 10 has detected the devices and installed the drivers for the zbox, but I always get the necessary drivers from the manufacturer's website no matter how much I love and trust the product . Also, be patient with Windows 10. The Windows update process is time-consuming and incredibly annoying on almost every home PC. All in all, Windows 10 runs smoothly. mentioned that I bought one of these for the PFSense firewall. Shortly after I added my review, the pfsense logs showed watchdog timeouts related to Realtek adapters. Was causing some weird Plex and Netflix issues on my home network. Lost/damaged packages. As far as I can tell it's still a great Windows 10 PC but it's not suitable for pfsense, as others have mentioned there are workarounds like recompiling the relatedk driver in a BSD environment and then doing it Loading the Relatedk module in Pefsense. . There is no more time for that. I'll probably return it and look for another system with Intel LAN. As others have pointed out, there are workarounds, e.g. B.
