Review on anidees by Andy Tran

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Anidees was a disappointing shopping destination for me.

As someone who is knowledgeable about technology, I was seeking for a trustworthy online store where I could buy computer parts and accessories. Unfortunately, my time spent with Anidees was marked by nothing except frustration and dissatisfaction. The design of the website appears to have been developed in the early years of the new millennium, as it features cumbersome navigation that makes it difficult to locate products. I had to search through a good number of pages before I found what I was looking for, and even after I did, the descriptions were unspecific and offered little assistance. It was just as aggravating to go through the checkout process. Because the website kept hanging up on me, I had to repeatedly reload the page in order to finish making my transaction. And when I did finally get my order, the wrapping was broken, and the product itself was flawed. I attempted to get assistance by contacting customer service, but all my attempts were met with radio silence. There has been no response to either my emails or my phone calls. It appeared as though they were attempting to absolve themselves of any responsibility for the defective product that they had sold to me. In general, I do not think Anidees is a good choice for anyone. Shop elsewhere for all of your technological requirements to spare yourself the headache.

Pros
  • a large assortment of premium electronics and computer parts
Cons
  • Fewer options for non-tech items
