The ease of use for our customers. It has helped us with creating new products, adding features and solving problems quickly.The ability to integrate it in with other third party applications such as Sage X3 or JOLT. There isn't anything I dislike about eRmis. We have been able to create new items quicker than before using the product's drag & drop functionality.We also started to solve issues we had previously when dealing with SAP by integrating this into Salesforce via Zapier so now even though we are working from home, everything still works together seamlessly. It was very easy for our staff members (and new hires) who are not familiar with this software at all as well in accounting practices like invoicing/receipting process or inventory management which we need nowdays! The interface could be better but it's still good enough so far compared from other competitors out there especially when you're working within your own business organization only instead getting help form outside vendors such us Sage etc.,.
