As a 2012 Nissan Frontier owner, I was frustrated with the stock antenna that kept getting stuck on wall hangings in the garage. I also always had to take it off to go to the car wash. Eventually I gave up and stumbled across this antenna. After reading the review I ordered. When it arrived I removed the old antenna and found that this antenna fits perfectly. Then I checked the reception. All of my FM presets worked exactly the same. Clean Channel. The best part was driving the truck into the garage without getting stuck anywhere. SUCCESS! I'm so happy I found this antenna and I encourage others to downsize to this much more practical antenna.
