Bought this for my daughter who is going through a crystallization phase. It's just one of many necklaces she owns and has been treated with the same care as the others. She put on the necklace and wore it for about 2 hours and shortly after that we found the "crystal" piece on the floor. She did nothing, the chain just broke. Even with the amulet removed, she still wanted to keep it, so she attached it to her keychain, and soon after, the "crystal" fell from the snake. It didn't even last a day. Absolute waste of money.
