I have a lot of experience with different Keen products. These shoes are comfortable which is my top priority. They're a bit heavy for their size, but that's not a problem for me. I read a review stating that the tongue of the shoe touches the front of the ankle and is uncomfortable. I experienced the same but it improved with wear and with care in tongue placement when putting the shoes on there was no problem. There is good arch support but little cushioning on the inside. I have to use a cushioning insert like I do with all my shoes. In general I am very happy with them.
